Description
This Cyprus Holiday House is a traditional 2 storey Cypriot
village family house, which has been converted into
three spacious apartments under the 'AGRO TOURISM'
village scheme sponsored by the Cyprus Tourist
Organization. This holiday house can be rented as a whole,
or divided as 3 separate apartments, all with
private facilities: One apartment has two bedrooms,
and there are two studios. This lovely old Cyprus Traditional house
has its own secluded courtyard offering peace and
privacy. Downstairs studio apartments open out into the
courtyard area. The two bedroom apartment upstairs
have a private patio with an excellent view of the
hills and surrounding countryside...
Accommodation
The Holiday house can accommodate 10 people, up to 8 in the
bedrooms and 2 on camp beds. It can be rented as a
whole house or as separate apartments 1 x 2 bedrooms, and
2 studio apartments.
Facilities
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen
area and all bedrooms have private facilities with
bath or showers, WC, air conditioning and heating.
Comfortable rooms are decorated throughout with
traditional Cypriot materials and kitchens are
fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and
iron.

about the house
The location is a great advantage because it's easy
to organize day trips and see more of the island of Cyprus.
In the Kalavasos village and less than 200 meters, there are
traditional restaurants, bank, and mini market.
There is a horse riding center near by, Water Park,
Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker center. Limassol
tourist area where you can enjoy night life is only
15 minutes drive, Water parks, seasonal festivals
like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many
ancient places of interest.

Kalavasos village
The house is situated near the square of Kalavasos
village which is a charming quiet country village
right in the center of the island, 5 kilometers
from the beach, and midway between Larnaca and
Limassol, two interesting towns in Cyprus.
Kalavasos is an excellent village for holiday
makers, it has good facilities including pleasant
taverns, a bank and food shops. If you like horse
riding, there's a center at Kalavasos, if you
prefer fishing, a large reservoir is only 3 km from
the village. There are many wonderful walks along
nature trails in the hills around Kalavasos.

Governor's Beach
This beautiful beach is only 5 kilometers away,
with its shallow calm sandy beach ideal for
swimming and sunbathing and its spectacular white
rocks area for those who like diving, snorkeling,
boating and fishing. It also provides an excellent
selection of restaurants beside the beach where you
can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the
trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear
water...
