MELISSI is a two bedroom villa with a
swimming pool and undisturbed panoramic sea
view.The stone build walls outside and around the
pool makes the atmosphere rustic and prepares you
for an unforgettable holiday. Both of it's bedrooms
are spacious and they have in suite private
facilities with, air conditioning, heat and cool
and a TV. There are two double Cyprus traditional
beds in the bedrooms and one additional folded bed
in each bedroom of this beautiful Cyprus
holiday home. There is a kitchen and
dining room as well as a small kitchenette in one
of the bedrooms of this holiday
home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge,
toaster and iron The villa has a court yard with
wooden tables and sun beds and is situated on the
highest position of the village. Psematismenos is a
small village that appears like a flash back in the
time, while providing the convenience of a local
church, a mini-market, a bank and a local tavern.
Only a 3-minutes drive from the sea and close to
Zygi, a fishing village, which is known for its fish
taverns.

Governor's Beach is located midway between
Larnaca and Limassol. This is the
finest beach for swimming and sunbathing on the
southern coast of Cyprus with long stretches of

privacy. As well as the beautiful sandy beach, the
spectacular white rocks stretch for miles from the
west end of the beach... a perfect area for
snorkeling, boating and
fishing. There's an excellent selection of bars and
restaurants on the shore where families and
romantic couples can enjoy a drink or a meal
sitting under the trees just a few meters away from
