villa has an open plan kitchen with good

and 2 extra can be accommodated on comfortable
folded beds in the sitting room. This Cyprus Beach
Villa has all facilities that visitors need, not
just for short term holidays but even for long term
stay. The villa offers everything free of charge
including air conditioning and heating, washing
machine, TV, fridge, oven, hob, toaster, iron, and
hair dryer.

Tonia's Beach villa is situated at Governor's
Beach, 15 km east of limassol tourist area right in
the center of the island, one kilometer from the
motorway, and midway between Larnaca and Limassol,
two of the major cities in Cyprus. From here it's
very easy to organize day trips and see more of
Cyprus, the island of love.
Governor's Beach where the villa is, apart from the
shallow calm sandy beach, also offers the
spectacular white rocks area for those who like
diving, snorkeling, boating and fishing. If you
like walking, there are many wonderful walks along
nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along
the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and
sunsets. There is an excellent selection of
restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy
your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a
few meters away from the crystal clear
water.
